Terms & Conditions
This agreement outlines the terms for the Purple Moss Content Membership: Quarterly (4 sessions), Monthly (12 sessions) or Inner Circle (12 sessions plus a Signature Brand Shoot). Sessions are used during pre-scheduled content creator events.
The membership activates the day payment is made.
What's Included
Quarterly — 4 sessions a year
• Up to 30 minutes per session
• Curated locations (model homes, listings and local spots)
• One outfit change
• 5 edited images + 1 done-for-you reel
• Extra footage (B-roll) from your session
• Photos-only option available
• Branding guide (complimentary bonus)
Monthly — 12 sessions a year
• Everything in Quarterly, plus:
• 7 edited images + 2 done-for-you reels per session
• Book your favorite dates first
• Complimentary 1-hour social media consult
Inner Circle — 12 sessions a year (limited to 12 members)
• Everything in Monthly, plus:
• 1-hour sessions
• A Signature Brand Shoot to kick off your year
• A seat at any of my workshops
• VIP invites to partner events and first pick of dates and locations
Price & Payment
Quarterly (4 sessions): $840 per year + sales tax
Monthly (12 sessions): $2,100 per year + sales tax
Inner Circle (12 sessions + Signature Brand Shoot): $4,200 per year + sales tax
• Pay in full upfront, or in quarterly installments
• Accepted: credit card, Venmo, or check
• Payments are transferable
– Client may transfer unused sessions to another person
– OR apply the dollar value to a private shoot (private shoot pricing applies)
Scheduling Rules
All sessions occur only at the designated mini content creator events hosted twice per month. (The Inner Circle Signature Brand Shoot is scheduled privately.)
Clients may:
• Attend either of the two offered dates each month
• Attend both dates the following month if they miss a month
• Push sessions as far out as needed — sessions do not expire
Clients may not request:
• Private shoot times
• Custom locations
• Custom dates outside scheduled events
Reschedules, Cancellations & No-Shows
• 2 reschedules allowed per package
• 24-hour notice required to reschedule
• No fee for cancellations with proper notice
• No-shows count as a used session and are non-refundable
Refund Policy
Refunds allowed anytime with the following structure:
• If the client is before the halfway point, they may receive up to 50% of the initial payment.
• After crossing the halfway point, refunds are based on unused sessions only at the per-session rate.
Delivery Timeline
• Viewing gallery available by the next business day
• Final edited images delivered within 5 business days after selections
• Reels delivered with the final images
• Files stored for 1 year
• Client approves reels before posting
• Once approved, Purple Moss Photography may post to portfolio and social media
• Up to 2 revisions per reel included
• After 2 revisions, additional changes incur a fee
• If footage becomes unusable for any reason, a replacement reel will be created at the next scheduled session or from remaining footage
Reel Approval & Revisions
• Client receives full commercial usage rights for all final images and video
• Purple Moss Photography retains the right to use all images and video for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media
Usage Rights
• Client is responsible for personal safety, belongings, and travel
• If weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent shooting, the session is rescheduled without penalty
• If a location requires permits or fees, the client covers those costs
