This agreement outlines the terms for the Content Creator Session Package, which includes either 12 sessions or 4 sessions, depending on the package purchased. Sessions are used during pre-scheduled content creator events only.

The package activates the day payment is made.

Terms & Conditions

For the 12-Session Package

• One 20-minute session per use
• Pre-selected location
• One outfit change
• 7 edited images
• 2 done-for-you reels
• All B-roll from the session
• Priority booking (early access to scheduling emails)
• Branding guide (complimentary bonus)
• Content creator education (complimentary bonus)

For the 4-Session Package

• One 20-minute session per use
• Pre-selected location
• One outfit change
• 5 edited images
• 1 done-for-you reel
• All B-roll
• Priority booking
• Branding guide (complimentary bonus)
• Content creator education (complimentary bonus)

What's Included

12-Session Package: $1,800 + 6.8% tax (Currently Black Friday Special)
4-Session Package: $700 + 6.8% tax

• One-time payment upfront
• Accepted: credit card, Venmo, cash, or check
• Payments are transferable
– Client may transfer unused sessions to another person
– OR apply the dollar value to a private shoot (private shoot pricing applies)

Price & Payment

All sessions occur only at the designated mini content creator events hosted twice per month.

Clients may:
• Attend either of the two offered dates each month
• Attend both dates the following month if they miss a month
• Push sessions as far out as needed — sessions do not expire

Clients may not request:
• Private shoot times
• Custom locations
• Custom dates outside scheduled events

Scheduling Rules

• 2 reschedules allowed per package
• 24-hour notice required to reschedule
• No fee for cancellations with proper notice
• No-shows count as a used session and are non-refundable

Reschedules, Cancellations & No-Shows

Refunds allowed anytime with the following structure:

• If the client is before the halfway point, they may receive up to 50% of the initial payment.
• After crossing the halfway point, refunds are based on unused sessions only at the per-session rate.

Refund Policy

• Viewing gallery available by the next business day
• Final edited images delivered within 5 business days after selections
• Reels delivered with the final images
• Files stored for 1 year

Delivery Timeline

Reel Approval & Revisions

• Client approves reels before posting
• Once approved, Purple Moss Photography may post to portfolio and social media
• Up to 2 revisions per reel included
• After 2 revisions, additional changes incur a fee
• If footage becomes unusable for any reason, a replacement reel will be created at the next scheduled session or from remaining footage

Usage Rights

• Client receives full commercial usage rights for all final images and video
• Purple Moss Photography retains the right to use all images and video for portfolio, website, advertising, and social media

Liability & Safety

• Client is responsible for personal safety, belongings, and travel
• If weather or other unforeseen circumstances prevent shooting, the session is rescheduled without penalty
• If a location requires permits or fees, the client covers those costs

Agreement Start

By paying for the package, the client agrees to all terms outlined in this agreement.
